2. Subscriptions & Billing

• Some tools or features require a paid subscription.
• Billing cycles, trials, and invoices are described in your Billing page.
• Unpaid or overdue subscriptions may be restricted or paused.

3. Customer Content

• You own the content you upload or create in the Service.
• You grant us permission to process your content to provide the Service.
• You must not upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates others’ rights.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service. This includes attempting to hack, overload, scrape without permission, or use the Service for unlawful purposes.

5. Intellectual Property

Lita Suite branding, code, UI, and product design are owned by us and protected by law. You may not copy or resell the Service without written permission.

6. Service Availability

We aim for high uptime, but the Service may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance or external factors. We are not liable for downtime beyond our reasonable control.

7. Termination

You can stop using the Service anytime. We may terminate or suspend access if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your access to paid features ends.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lita Suite will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
